JESUS, YOU CAME!!!!!!!!!!!!
For the lonely, for those in pain,
For the lost ones --- JESUS the King
of Kings---YOU CAME TO REIGN!!!
You came, JESUS YOU CAME!!!
For the baby in it's Mother's womb,
You came, JESUS you came.
For the little boy - to be orphaned soon -
YOU CAME, Jesus you came.
For the man - Divorced and Ashamed -
With Your Understanding, Perfect Love,
YOU CAME-Your blood washing away the stain.
You transfer us from darkness to Light (Col.1:13).
You're teaching us to fill our lives
with our PRAISE TO YOU--- thus giving YOU
a place to REIGN;
For YOU "Establish YOUR THRONE in the
PRAISES OF YOUR people (Psalm 22:3).
Sometimes my heart beats so fast---
I feel I could jump over the steeple!!!
LORD JESUS YOU are ALWAYS Worthy
of our PRAISE BECAUSE---"yesterday, today,
and forever YOU are the same". (Hebrews 13:8).
There is WASHING in the blood.
"And from JESUS CHRIST, the FAITHFUL
WITNESS, THE FIRSTBORN FROM THE DEAD,
And the RULER OVER THE KINGS OF THE EARTH.
To HIM who loved us and washed us from our sins
in HIS OWN BLOOD (Revelation 1:5)
JESUS--once for every person, once for all time '...into the eternity!!!
There is OVERCOMING POWER in the BLOOD OF JESUS!!!!!!!
"And they overcame him by the BLOOD of the LAMB,
and by the WORD of their testimony, and they
did not love their lives to the death." (Revelation 12:11)
JESUS CHRIST---HE IS "OUR HOPE", (I Timothy 1:1)
For you and for me---HE CAME---
That you and I would come and accept His
Saving Lordship!!!!!!!!
HE CAME - HE and His Love are ALWAYS THE SAME!!!!!!!!! (Hebrews 13:8)

"CLOSER..........DEEPER"!!!!!!!
INTIMACY - "In to me..You see"
A cool, still morning, just shortly after sunrise........
I was outside, praying and worshiping HOLY GOD.
As I prayed and walked, a flashing yellow LIGHT "caught
my eye".
At first I could not see clearly what was causing the light
to "flash" or vibrate...so I moved closer.
Finally, I was able to see it clearly-----It was a single
YELLOW leaf, with the sun shining directly upon it.
There was not a breeze blowing that I could FEEL nor
HEAR.......yet a "breeze" was causing that ONE leaf to
twist in such a way that it caused the sunlight to "flash"
or vibrate.
In ALL the COUNTLESS leaves in the woods on that
side of the house........this ONE yellow leaf---still attached
to the tree---but so LOOSELY attached that the very
SLIGHTEST breeze caused it to move that way---so
that it caught my eye---at the exact time that I was looking
in that direction........
As I prayed about that, our LORD reminded me that---
1) He knows our "...sitting down and our rising up",
He knows our thoughts "...before we think them",
He knows our path, and our lying down..."
(Psalm 139:1-4)
2) Also he "remembers" that recently I have been praying
that He would enable me to become CLOSER to Him,
and be DEEPER in relationship with Him.
3) We must remember that Jesus is "THE LIGHT'.
(John 8:12).
OH, that we would be so LOOSELY ATTACHED to
"that which holds us back"---that we would respond
to the SLIGHTEST move or whisper of the HOLY SPIRIT!!!
[SPIRIT, pneuma Strong's #4151, as in "pneumonia"
"nyoo-mah - breath, breeze, a current of air, wind,
or spirit (Romans 7:6).
"pneuma" is that part of a person capable of responding
to GOD---
The HOLY SPIRIT is the third person of the TRINITY,
Who draws us to JESUS, convicts us of sin, enables us
to accept JESUS CHRIST as our personal savior, assures us
of salvation, enables us to live the victorious life, to
understand the Bible, to pray according to GOD'S will,
and share Jesus with others.]
And the leaf (leaves)---every spring He gives countless,
countless leaves to remind us that He is
"with us always" (Matthew 28:20); and He will "never
LEAVE us nor forsake us" (Hebrews 13:5).
Oh, let's ALL ask our Holy Lord to draw us closer and
deeper!!! AMEN!!! (His answer to that is always YES!!!
(II Corinthians 1:20)

"IS THERE A FAITH THERE?
(Elijah and the widow)
I Kings 17:8-16.
"Then the WORD of the LORD came to him (Elijah),
saying,
Arise, go to Zarephath, which belongs to Sidon, and dwell there.
See, I have commanded a widow there to provide for you."
***Please, may I interrupt here for some "personal opinion"?
It seems to me that GOD is asking Elijah a QUESTION with the
name of the city-----
ZAREPHATH-------"is there a faith (there)?'
Remember, GOD said 'See, I have commanded a widow to provide for you."
So he arose and went to Zarephath. And when he came to the gate of the city,
indeed a widow was there gathering sticks. And he called to her and said
'Please bring me a little water in a cup, that I may drink.
"And as she was going to get it, He called to her and said, 'Please bring me a
morsel of bread in your hand.' So she said, 'As the LORD your GOD lives,
'I do not have bread, only a handful of flour in a bin, and a little oil in a jar;
and see, I am gathering a couple of sticks that I may go in and prepare it for
myself and my son, that we may eat it, and die.'"
And Elijah said to her, do not fear, 'Go and do as you have said, but
make a small cake for me from it first, and afterward, make some for
yourself and your son.
"For thus says the LORD GOD of ISRAEL: 'The bin of flour shall not
be used up, nor shall the jar of oil run dry, until the day the LORD sends
rain on the earth."
"So she went away and did according to the word of Elijah, and
she and Elijah and her household ate for many days.
The bin of flour was not used up, nor did the jar of oil run dry, according
to the word of the LORD which he spoke by Elijah."
So, YES!!! there was a faith there!!!!
Both Elijah's faith, and the widow's faith (both) were strengthened.
The widow overcame her fear, responded in faith, and GOD was faithful
to His promise!!!
"If we are faithless..., He remains true (faithful to HIS WORD AND HIS
RIGHTEOUS CHARACTER) FOR HE CANNOT DENY HIMSELF.
(II Timothy 2:13/Amplified Bible)
"For the SON of GOD, JESUS CHRIST---FOR ALL THE PROMISES OF GOD
IN HIM ARE YES, AND IN HIM AMEN, TO THE GLORY OF GOD THROUGH
US." (II Corinthians 1:20)
